These conditions are intended for natural persons of legal age and full legal capacity; the consumer is hereinafter referred to as the ” customer “. These conditions apply to all sales made through the intermediary of Margaux Le Brun EI (hereinafter referred to as the ” travel consultant “).

MYWAY is a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), whose head office is located at 165 avenue de Bretagne, 59000 LILLE, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number: 851 375 444; registered with the National Register of Travel Agencies under number: IM059190009.

The MYWAY collective (hereinafter referred to as the ” organizer “) is responsible for managing reservations, invoicing and collection for each registration for a trip offered by Margaux Le Brun EI. Any reservation of a tourist product offered on the site implies the customer’s full and complete acceptance of MYWAY’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be consulted here, in force at the time the order is placed.
